      Pay. The fact its being made redundant (Argos on eBay).

      Cons

      Management can change their opinion on you in a flash, they don't understand mental health issues and they couldn't care about you unless you work. Team leaders are tricky since some are really nice and genuine. And others are two faced and will run to Management with anything negative.
