Pros

Good hourly salary for easy job (£13.30 ish). Morning shift ends at 1pm. Good training, all of which is paid at the same rate as the job. Overall friendly environment with colleagues. Most of the job is driving alone, which I loved.

Cons

Carrying lots of heavy boxes. Management rushes you to be on time, asking you to fake your departure time if you're running late. Morning shift can start as early as 4:30am. Very little control over shifts times/days. I was sexually harassed by one of the managers, however this was dealt with swiftly.

Pros

the discount card thats it. 1 good manager in the store thats it.

Cons

the hours / shifts are ok IF you dont mind working until 9pm then being in store less then 12 hours later , the staff and management take pride in not having 'clicks' little do they know that if you dont drink , or are one of the boys your gona get left out listening to the staff make comments on other staff members ( in cluding management!) doesnt make for a trustworthy / good place to work
