if you're looking for a job to get yourself on a the job ladder, Argos/Sainsburys offer great pay and a relatively easy job. - the company offers lots of opportunity for progression in lots of different ways to suit individual requirements, - lots of support for health issues, adjustments are made to make your work life easier if needed. - most management do what they can and are usually very supportive in resolving issues for staff and customers.
Cons
- each store is different. your experience depends on the manager of the store, their style of management and the other staff members. - little to no overtime outside of Christmas - chronically short staffed
