Great peope to work with Excellent leader in Terry Duddy Really considerate about work life balance Pay and benefits are really good when compared to other companies

Cons

Communication down to the important people is often limited or heavily censored Work comes in a lot of peaks and troughs with troughs being used to catch up on outstanding work

Pros

Easy to get employed, and not a very difficult job. Only complaint I would have is the lack of hours a single employee can get. It would seem they would rather employee 20 people all working 3 hours a week, than 3 people working 20 hours a week. Great if you're very part time, but frustrating if you're trying to make a half-decent amount of money, class this is a secondry job ontop of your exisiting job, and not this alone.

Cons

Labour intensive if you choose to work in the warehouse/stock. Not alot of hours avaliable for weekend staff, senior managment may favour to certain workers and give them better hours and responsibilites.
