      Pros

      Seem to care about employees. Parent company taking a gamble on US economy with recent acquisitions.

      Cons

      Communication is cloudy ay best. Lots of ad hoc assignments and long term palnning isn't communicated downstream.

      Pros

      Meet new people. Learn to deal with customers. Learn a business model built around a catalogue. If you work in the stock room them you get a lot of exercise.

      Cons

      The hours you get are inconsistent and laughable to say the least. Most days you can be expected to do multiple roles at the same time as stores are grossly understaffed. That would be just about possible if not for the ridiculous amount of red tape to wade through and compliance to adhere to which if followed would literally make the job impossible.
