My team at my location were fantastic and did as much as they could with the situations we were left in. Methodical technology

Cons

The more involved Sainsburys became with Argos, the harder the job became. Stretching staff capabilities with increased expectations. Extra pay for basic staff taking on extra responsibilites would increase their hourly rate above that of a manager (who would have far more responsibilities) Very unbalanced system. Little store support from regional management
