All colleagues are friendly and make you feel welcome. All staff at every level are willing to help you with any queries or problems you have. The work place has a vibrant atmosphere, and somewhere that encourages you to interact with all people, staff and customers alike. There is a management trainee scheme but at the moment I have not worked there long enough to comment on how quickly you could progress.

Cons

Open door training system is tedious but has to be completed along with all quizzes to show understanding.

Nearly everyone was of a young age, I even had team leaders who were 19 years old.

Cons

The young team leaders will easily stab you in the back when more senior management is around
