Not so good when it's quiet, impatient customers, having to do some of the online training courses at home, pushing to sell the extras like extra cover, store cards etc

The training is not good enough, too many team leaders trying to out do one and other (power struggle) being advised on one thing and the next TL tells you the other! very confusing, having trained people in the past, I can only advise that the easy way to train somebody is get the basis right first and everybody else reads from the same hymn sheet.
