Good and constant interaction with a variety of customers, you also get to see how it all works behind the scenes.

Cons

You have a headset which controls you from the start of your shift to the end, every 'pick' is monitored and a whole range of analysis is available to the manager. So if you take too long on a pick, he/she will know and chances are your in trouble.

Pros

Argos takes on everyone and anyone!! Not sure if that's a pro or con though. They give you training on other equipment but only if you constantly ask for it.

Cons

You only do the hours that are available. Eg; your shift is 2pm-10pm but if the morning shift finished their work and went into your shift's work, you could be going home by 7-8pm. Not great when you have bills to pay!
