Good team, parking and access.

Cons

Pay is under minimum wage, even though us the CFA are meant to get £6.85 or so, we're getting £6.59. Vans are wrecked. No proper management. Staff are having to do things that they normally wouldn't do. Haven't been paid for my overnight times from before the cutoff date. Haven't even been given full uniform. Now, in the winter, I'm having to take my own coat out to delivery, my own gloves, use my own phone to call customers. Problems keep on mounting and will never stop.

Pros

Good company to work for. Good training provided, with helpful online learning also available. Enjoy my time here, and want to progress in the company.

Cons

The pay is not as good as I would like, but pretty fair for the intensity and complexity of the work. Would like more hours of work provided, but this is not a problem unique to Argos, retail rarely offers full-time contracts.

Having worked as a Customer Service Team Leader in 3 different store, I enjoyed working with the team, the system is very easy to adapt and work in, very organised system to serve customers.

Cons

The management, all they do is push you to sell insurance and Argos Cards, no rewards or benefit for hitting targets. There are 4 managers in a store, and their treatment is at its worse. Favouritism is another issue, if you dont kiss the managers back, you wont get anywhere.
