Pros
I made good use of the 10% staff discount for all the Christmas gifts, but that was the only benefit.
Cons
-If you're working part time, they still want you to be available like every day just to give you 2 or 3 hours in the middle of the day. It's not worth working there part-time on weekdays. -If you're not on the tills or at collection, you spend your time walking around the shop floor doing nothing because guess what, in a shop that sells everything through catalogues, customers don't really need your help.
