Clear defined roles Adaptable working hours If you get a good team and good managers it's a joy to work for the company because as long as everyone is doing their job, it's fairly easy to go o a day by day basis

Cons

Terrible pay If staff aren't managed well, the impetus falls on one or two staff members to pick up the slack. Too much emphasis on selling Argos Cards/Insurances to people who most of the time don't want the product. Lack of incentive towards upselling insurance

Pros

Good people, innovative and forward thinking organisation. Pulled through a great deal of change and lived to tell the tail!! A challenging few years but definitely in a great position following the Sainsbury's buyout.

Cons

Can be slightly Milton Keynes centric which is tricky if you are based in the north. Also although Sainsbury's is a good move I guess there is always a slight fear of the unknown.
