Pros

+Nice coworkers +Flexible hours mostly +Depends on the type of person you are but the constant crazy and angered customers are hilarious and make it a bit funner. +Anything that isnt till work is enjoyable to do

Cons

- 50% of management will talk to you like you are an idiot -They got my name AND address wrong on tax forms - As far as I can see they have lied about the pay rate, contract states £7.45/hour but pay check is £6.33/hour. - Having to stay behind approx 2 hours after the store closes before being "allowed" to leave (not actually doing anything for most of that time just waiting)

Diverse business. Opportunity to be involved in so many initiatives. Overall a good company to work for.

Cons

If you are a female - be prepared that you will have to FIGHT for promotion in certain areas for the business. Or you just get fed up and leave. I have seen it first hand over and over, sadly.
