They are welcoming at the start of your contract, with the impression that they will push you forward and make your work right for you.

Cons

Everything is a lie. Expect hours being cut. Expect terrible, unqualified management that are incapable of doing their jobs. Expect drama, people getting in each others business. And expect to have literally no rights whilst you work there!

Good set of people behind the scenes to work with. On a part time basis you could discuss the days you would come in and it was a job that kept you on your toes.

Cons

The payment system is rather rubbish.
