Pros

Salary is decent 10% discount Very nice staff Management is caring Learning on the job is tricky but they definitely do a good job of training you

Cons

When taking holidays they pay you for your contracted hours not for your average hours (if your contracted 12hrs a week but usually work 40 you'll only get 12 hrs holiday).

Cons

For full time work not enough hours to make it worth staying in it. High turnover rate of staff making people not know the job properly Some managers treat staff like dirt

Pros

Easy Job, Very flexible on hours, Not very demanding, Staff discounts. Work involves various departments so the job doesn't get boring.

Cons

Rubbish Pay. Lack of appreciation. Not being paid for full hours. You get paid till 8 which is when the store shuts but You have to stay behind for free for extra 30 mins to 1 hour and never get paid for it.
