Pros

10% staff discount + 7.5% Inspire discount. Get on well with the other staff, knowing they're going through the exact same Hell as me makes it easy.

Cons

- Low rate of pay, especially compared to other companies that offer a delivery service. - Expect to work 58+ hours without a day off. - Morning shifts start at 0430 and usually end at around 1300. - Double shifts start at 12:00 and end at about 22:30. - A week will include both of the above, switching between them and leaving you feeling like you're living with permanent jetlag. - You'll NEVER get a weekend off. - What even is a bank holiday? - Rotas are drawn up Thursday for the next week, making it very hard to plan anything. - It's a part time contract, so even though you're doing 50+ hours a week, holiday pay is worked out at the contracted 20 hours a week, instead of your usual working hours (Which I'm pretty sure is illegal.). - All of this and you still won't earn enough to rent your own place. I could literally go on for hours - I genuinely can't wait to get another job. Trust me, if you get an interview for a customer fulfillment (Home delivery driver.) position, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This job is absolutely suffocating.
