Pros

- Flexible working hours (at times) whilst I studied at university. - With a good group friendships are made which I still have.

Cons

- Constantly ramming targets down your throat. - You are just a number to them, no real identity to yourself from the managers point of view. - Repetitive work for little reward at the end. - Very little opportunities to progress internally, you would have to move if you wanted to stay with the company to progress.

You get paid. Interact with some nice customers Slack management

Cons

Too Physical. I do more service towards customers than management, but I get paid less. Management mostly do paperwork and only delegate jobs they should be doing.
