Pros

Milton Keynes office easy to get to from London by train. Nationally known retailer. Diversity promoted throughout the company.

Cons

In midst of take over by Sainsbury's. Limited opportunities to develop as teams merged or cut, jobs under threat. Low morale. Argos stores being closed around the country and some moved into concessions within Sainsbury's. Dozens of stores to close in the next few years. Unless you are in a digital / technical HQ department my advise is to avoid this business, or demand high salary and assurances about role.
