Pros

Discount Opportunities to advance Big brand Discount at Sainsburys Discount events

Cons

Low pay Expected to work every weekend and if you don't you have your hours cut to bare minimum. No annual leave for any reason at all around Xmas. Overtime hit and miss and you never ever get asked if you want the extra shifts on top of your contract, you get rotered and you have to do them. Can get short shifts five days a week such as two hours! Pressured to get financial add on targets again and again. Yet managers get quarterly bonuses for hitting the targets. You on the other hand if not meeting targets, risk losing your job.
