There are some smart people at this company who really do believe that they are making a difference in the world. The mission and culture also has so much potential.

Cons

Disorganized and poorly structured management. There is no room for error at this company and professional development does not exist. I left the company without anything positive to share about it. Zero development opportunities at this company.

Great communication with employees and friendly.

Cons

False promises about work availability in your field of expertise. Employees then charging to Non-billable time. This then leads to sackings. Disgraceful treatment of employees when asked to leave company and very non-professional.
