- Opportunities to learn, especially for people early on in their career - Upper management seems genuinely engaged - Good benefits, remote working - Focus on team building

Cons

- Pay below market rates - Culture of overworking and needing to take on more to “prove yourself”. This is difficult especially on younger employees who may not have much working experience. Standards vary by team, but you definitely need to defend your time to stay happy. - Promotion process is difficult. You are expected to perform well above your job grade before you will be considered.
