Billable Hours Are More Important Than You Are

Cons

Attended a career fair with fellow coworkers at a local college. The engineers in the field-heavy roles were told AFTER the event that they needed to take PTO because it wasn't billable work, while those of us in an office based role weren't required to.

The workers are kind, and everyone seems to get along well. With the IBI Arcadis merger, there have been a lot of management shifts, which have been difficult.

Cons

I wish that more people came to the office; it can sometimes feel very empty, which doesn't make me want to go in.
