-High quality of employees and work -Exposure to large projects -Plenty of team activities/bonding after work (for me that's a con, but I'm aware that for many people it's a pro). -Flexible hours, work from home -Big name in the industry

Cons

-Never got a raise in 3 years as an intern despite rave reviews from supervisors. I was training another intern that was making 12 % more than I was (found out after I quit). -Typical corporate environment (not for me). Felt like I was living the movie "Office Space." -Near zero field work.
