Company downsizing + becoming Mainland Chinese culture

Working environment is nice, hygiene ok.

Cons

Not spending money on people ( e.g. fridge not working but not willing to replace it) Becoming mainland Chinese culture (microm-management, hierarchical, benefits all cut) Cut 13th month, cut hybrid working, cut OT allowance, cut annual dinnner, every thing is being cut. Changed policy - Need to clock in and clock out now
