You may receive: -Salary revision yearly. -They tell you if you have done a good job. -They can give you a reward for a good delivery. -Very laid-back. -Good life-work balance. -You can get a small/medium bonus. All of these depends on the team you work in.

Cons

Probably a good place to start but very difficult to progress. Difficult to demonstrate your capabilities. Not interested in other qualifications or capabilities outside of your main responsibilities. Difficult to book meeting reviews with your RICS supervisors. Not interesting projects, just boring commissions. You will probably end up doing an admin job. Difficult to get approval for external, formal training.

Pros

ARCADIS was at the top of the game at one time and still is to a certain extent. Some of the strongest people in the business with internal technical programs that other companies would envy. Most of the people were fantastic and experience was overall great!

Cons

Compensation is not that great and you are extremely overworked. Also, senior staff that most looked up to were starting to be dismissed. As I saw mentors and leaders get released, asked to leave, or leave on their own due to bottom line pressures, I realized that ARCADIS is not the place for me in the long term.
