Flexible schedules, some colleagues were very talented.

Cons

Low pay; Some on-call tasks invaded private times; management indifferent about employees; Noisy working environment; Too fast-paced, and many colleagues had no much time for breaks; feeling of urgency (to fill out timesheet with real work) discouraged some to help others with patience or have any interest for even short-time social activities or chats.

Politics, poor managers, management is technically incompetent (as an engineering company one expects), unfair promotions based on personal relationships, bad place for a graduate to start his or her career.
