Pros

As an hourly employee, I could make a great salary because of my time and a half overtime contract. Usually worked 50 - 60 hours per week.

Cons

Worked for 23 years as a Senior Field Tech, went out for my liver transplant and while I was recovering from the operation they fired me. 23 tears of dedication meant nothing.

Flexible work hours and salary was good.

Cons

Leadership roles for those clearly inept at leadership and people management skills. There are so many in leadership roles at Arcadis that lack the skills to be in such roles. Zero potential for growth. ZERO!
