Because my team is so disorganized, we sometimes end up with periods of no work whatsoever because I'm waiting and requesting things from others.

Cons

Since we're a client-facing delivery team, we take the fall for most of the issues that back-end or other supporting teams create problems for. We don't get adequate support needed. The work feels unfulfilling because clients are unhappy, even though we recognize they are not adequately prepared for the solution we will provide them, despite being consultants.

Salary ok for first year, succeeding not good. No additional pay. Lucky if you get performance bonus. Only 13th month, HMO and 3k monthly allowance for Hybrid setup. Yearly increase of 1-5%.
