Good company but bad management in India GECs. Good packages further the bad game goes on to down grade the increments.

Cons

Bad management within Highway division. No scope for talented and they dont recruit properly as per the project requirement. TD recruits on his own wish and will and he takes all the charge in to his hand. No point of joining highway division unless there is a change for TD as of now. TD shows partiality and recruits who ever look like under his shadow always.....TDLs also need to be replaced with new candidates. TD and TDLs are misleading the UK staff and HR team here in India with their own unfair actions.

Pros

The people are great to work with. There is definitely an 'espirit de corps' among the technical staff.

Cons

The Michigan region has been poorly mismanaged for over a decade. Why corporate allows this to continue is a mystery. The internal joke is that there should be a revolving door on the entrance due to the high turnover. Reorganization happens frequently. Regional offices horde work and do not collaborate, due to billable hour requirements. Middle management is unable to lead. Management direction seems to come from UK division more than Holland.

Pros

Nice office and a good location for travel and shopping. The only real positives! Met some lovely people who left within the space of a few years.

Cons

BAD management. No communication and completely unaware of needs of employees. Backward thinking, unsupportive and no bonus or payrise in two years. Definitely lowest paying in this sector.
