A good pay level from my experience after putting in the work to get there. Paid for my degree apprenticeship as well.

Cons

Redundancy was scary and random. Bonus keeps getting lower by roughly 25% per year

Pros

The highlight is the flexible work policy: 1-2 days RTO is suggested, but not enforced (yet). If you have good connections, there's a diversity of projects, people, and clients. Typical consultancy.

Cons

Arcadis is a patchwork of acquisitions, so the culture can change significantly between regions and services. Line managers are luck of the draw - there's little consistency. The corporate messaging lately isn't particularly inspirational (it boils down to "be more billable").
