- Good working environment - Friendly people - Supporting line managers

Cons

- Average Salary - Very slow progression within the graduate grow program (Takes 3 years and you only jump up to £36k once you are out of it). Others company pay around £39k at least by that time. - Project work has large gaps in between and it's quite slow at the moment of the review
