Great team with efforts to improve work quality and efficiency. Balanced team without ego issues. Large company with decent benefits and mostly comparable salaries to other firms.

Cons

There is a lot of micromanagement. Salaries and benefits seem to be lower than than some competitors. People work very hard and may not feel appreciated for their efforts.
