Pros

Great people. Flat, non-hierarchical management structure. Good work-life balance for a management consultancy. Growing fast and a 'can-do' attitude. The merger with Arcadis has widened opportunities if you're excited about programme management in the engineering space.

Cons

Training opportunities are terrible; internal only. Internal systems and the way we do things feels very amateur at times. Pay is sub-par, benefits/perks are non-existent. Promotions policy seems pretty random at times. There is a lot of emphasis on internal, non-value add activities.
