Pros

Flexible in taking time off. On top of my 4 weeks vacation time, I was able to take unpaid leave for several weeks for personal reasons. Also they have a system in place where you can buy vacation time. Very relaxed environment, open door policy to speak to all levels of management.

Cons

They treat everyone the same, weather you work hard or slack off you get the same treatment and compensation. Made it difficult to move up the ladder as other people who started on same level hadn't progressed so they would not promote because it would "look" bad to the others.

Everything's great when work is abundant. You get a chance to be involved in all aspects of work with clients nationwide. Great resume builder.

Cons

You're only as good as the last good thing you did. Don't expect loyalty from management when things slow down. They'll drop you like a hot potato, they treat you like a number, something disposable, not like a person. Didn't like my experience.
