As part of the Arcadis group of companies - EC Harris provides global opportunities to deserving candidates. The company has a lot of projects and clients and can provide a variety of projects.

Cons

Very less involvement of senior management, also - need to understand local conditions rather than impose global scales on everyone

Low pay grade for a multinational company. Has less projects for super structures(high rise buildings). Does not under take research advancements. Repetitive work. Project spans for years.

Somewhat flexible schedule. Fair pay. Good Benefits. Strong attention to workplace safety.

Cons

Little diversity. Three CEOs in the past few years, but other senior management seems to stay constant. Chilly/abrupt people hold the senior positions. Strong billability pressure. Layoffs are common. Supervisors/department names change often. Can be a difficult place to navigate. Project management tools are cumbersome.
