Pros

The people are nice, not the managers or executives.

Cons

Managers are imbeciles and have absolutely NO idea on how to manage and do not know what they are doing. Layoffs are rampant, and they are forcing people to right positive reviews because they don't want people to learn about how ridiculously unrealistic the expectations are of the employees that work there.

Pros

Good people, great place for junior staff to develop, excellent project experience. I was treated very well.

Cons

Constant corporate transformation makes staff uneasy. Recently many of the senior staff that were mentors to up and coming mid-level have or are being pushed out.

Pros

Top Leaders are making tough choices that I believe are long overdue. Passionate people devoted to clients and to leaving the world a better place. Recent focus on "Transformation" introduced by COO Joachim Ebert makes a lot of sense and is getting good leadership and employee support, but not sure people realize that there is a long road ahead to get there.

Cons

Morale of employees is low as a result of struggles in competitive market for growth and a changing work strategy and environment. Seems to be upturning, but then something happens and it drops again. I'm hopeful for a longer term view and steady climb in future under Ebert's leadership.
