      Pros

      Casual environment that's easy to love. Company treats their employees well and tales care of them. You will get lots of experience quickly!

      Cons

      Lots of travel. Especially at first. You will be in the field and away from home sometimes weeks at a time.

      If you are looking to get experiences in the Engineering business a good place to start but look to move in 2 years

      It seems that upper management is just concerned with the Bottom number and they use this to pressure Employees to work harder and with out the proper amount of employees they seem to be replacing older employees with younger collage students with out the proper knowledge for such a high profile company in the engineering field
