You are very much in charge of your own time and deliverables. - Extensive range of knowledge throughout our UK offices and beyond. - Opportunities globally. If you fancy a change in role, that too is possible. - Leader in delivering training at all levels. Investors in People (Silver Award) - Quick progression for those who demonstrate a good work ethic

Cons

- Do not pay the largest salaries but not far off. The 'extras' that come with the package make up for this. - coffee machines are still not great...

The Leadership programmes are very good, particularly the Global Shapers programme. Flexible working. Good work life balance. Concerted effort to actively support and promote their female engineers.

Cons

It still feels fragmented like working for a big company with load of small independent factions.

Grows by acquisition - very chaotic situation all the time; Poor understanding of different work cultures - very poor management; No employee inputs - bill-ability and changeability - only concern of the management; What the management does not know, does not happen; Cultural diversity - non -existent!
