During my 5 years at Arcadis UK the company has supported me to change roles a number of times at my request. This flexibility has enabled me to broaden my experience and skills. Compared to previous employers, I particularly like the open minded approach here, the company is able to see the benefit of allowing employees to develop in directions which are not necessarily the norm. This can only continue to improve as the company is diversifying and moving into more sectors and service offerings. An exciting place to be!

Cons

Although the company is diversifying it has a tendency to look outside for new people to bring new skills and it could benefit from looking within to see if the existing workforce has more to offer, perhaps some unknown knowledge, skills or talent.
