There is a lot of potential

No leadership that doesn't care about employees despite "People First" being thrown in your face. Salary increases are shrinking by the year thanks to razor thin margins, all because it's easier for "leadership" to sit back and say everything is great. And that's factoring in "we have competitive pay" - only coming in last. Career growth is also non-existant; there's no planning for the future. Everything is focused on one bad acquisition after another because know one knows what else to do. "Benefits" are there just to check off boxes to say "we did it". It's honestly depressing, people are starting to leave in droves, but anyone who can make a positive change will do anything because they're already in a good enough spot for themselves.
