I worked here as assistant project manager and had very pleasant experience with my co-workers. The Senior manager is really nice person and she was always willing to help you if you have any questions. And the ambient is relax and fun.

Cons

Nothing. But I'd love to be given more tasks to help me learn about engineering projects faster.

Pros

Good benefits program, creative and dedicated staff and senior professionals.

Cons

The company is struggling to find an identity and trying out all sorts of initiatives and gimmicks to remain profitable and return to a growth mode. When financial results are not up to plan they either implement a reorganization or layoffs or both. This is the vicious cycle that permeated the company during the time I worked there causing morale to plummet each cycle. Just not a joyous place to work, in fact just the opposite.

Lucky enough to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. Great team spirit, some of the best and intelligent colleagues that I have worked with.

Cons

Salary packages were alot lower than what was being paid in the market place.
