Pros

Good clients, good projects, opportunity to be a seller doer if you seize it. You need to drive your own career. Good technical resources.

Cons

Bureaucratic organization creates inefficiency. New emphasis on seller doers is good but some of the old guard in management don't understand the seller doer mentality because they never did it.

Great communication with employees and friendly.

Cons

False promises about work availability in your field of expertise. Employees then charging to Non-billable time. This then leads to sackings. Disgraceful treatment of employees when asked to leave company and very non-professional.
