Pros

The best part of my employment to date has been flexibility I work hours/ location and access to SME and peers who are supportive and highly competent. Networking opportunities are provided. Recent “ perk” - Arcadis has rolled out a skills assessment and program where one can potentially gain specific skills, develop a plan to grow within the company.

Cons

A bit hard to move around into another positions as some Regions have more needs than others so ability to move up or around can be limited.
