Flexible. Can work from Home. Some people are very nice.

Cons

Outsourcing labor to countries where pay is lower (increases multipliers for the business), AI initiatives, lack of pay transparency between similar classes, lack of internal training and mentorship. Too client focused. Less technical focused. Project management valued over technical expertise.
