The people are amazing and my colleagues are a reason to go to work

Cons

Global Arcadis Management team are completely out of touch with business operations and often at a Global level make commitments and decisions which do not align. There has also been an uptick in putting in place ex-colleagues, liked people into roles which they may not be suitable for.
