A very good company with good talented people.

Cons

The merger with Malcolm Pirnie had good potential but was poorly done. The result was that leadership and management lost their way and no one was happy.

Good benefits program, creative and dedicated staff and senior professionals.

Cons

The company is struggling to find an identity and trying out all sorts of initiatives and gimmicks to remain profitable and return to a growth mode. When financial results are not up to plan they either implement a reorganization or layoffs or both. This is the vicious cycle that permeated the company during the time I worked there causing morale to plummet each cycle. Just not a joyous place to work, in fact just the opposite.

High turnover. Had 3 different bosses in the year I was there. No training at all. Expected to sit at a desk all day and figure it out. Terrible work life balance. Interview was misleading!!! everyone seemed miserable. Had to get out ASAP! Only thing good about this experience is that I now know what a terrible company,job,atmosphere is like and can appreciate my job now, which I LOVE!!!!
