People are great, the process is complex and a challenge in a good way. Your learn new things every day and have a lot of effective team work.

Cons

Very underpaid below market value like 60% of market value. You have legal responsibilities and make very little money. Maintenance, production and process engineers also make very little money. You work much more than the legal hours so your work hours are paid poorly. You get the short end because you don't clock in or out so basically for normal hours you are underpaid and for the actual hours you are very underpaid.
