There's more than enough work to keep you occupied. If you really know what you're doing, you'll find plenty of opportunities. Management does their best to accommodate a healthy work/life balance and still run a business.

Cons

A lot of stuff is "built from scratch." Virtually no training structure. Still has that old-school manufacturing mentality throughout the company. SAP is a PITA and have has to get approval from South America for just about everything.

Average pay. Made good friends from my time there.

Cons

It’s a terrible work environment from a managerial perspective. Very little chance to grow. Terrible terrible management from sales team. Please don’t believe the good reviews. It’s THAT terrible.
