When news of COVID-19 first hit it was unclear how and when the market would react. As we adapted to the various challenges of COVID-19 and saw how as a company we've been able to navigate these challenges, we are fortunate to be in a position to reevaluate and begin discussions around compensation updates. While unique and tailored to each individual, our CEO in November made this announcement public to the company.

A company that really cares about employees, nice people, great culture, and vibes, Cutting edge technology, and no deadlines that make you sick (like in a big number of Israeli startups). Great onboarding process and great vibes.

Cons

No clear career path, no transparency on promotions and titles, no leveling. Managers often can't really understand your tech level and the level of the real contribution of individual contributers.
