Amazing work-life balance, great community, the company gives you lots of gifts (every month or so all employees get something), any type of equipment you need they just give you without lots of questions, annual compensation review is quick, informative and high.

Cons

Nothing critical, honestly it's the best places I worked at. I used to work in a corporate, two small startup, another unicorn but this place is the best so far!
